Educators, doctors, government officials fear the withdrawal of state funding entrepreneurs - new tax initiatives, people are afraid of the reduction of social benefits. Pending and concerns are citizens who are associated with forest management. Of particular concern is the fact that the reform process may be involved as inexperienced professionals who do not have the problems of industry and officials are actively trying on a mask and reformers trying to lobby for the interests of those who control the illegal flow of money in the state.

The structure of forest management strictly centralized.
