In this lab we saw Hess

At the conclusion of the lab of heat capacity, we were able to calculate the specific heat of a metal using the formulas given previously. In this lab we saw Hess's law, using the data obtained from the measurement of heat of dissolution of the solid NaOH, the heat of neutralization of the reaction of solutions of HCl and NaOH, and the heat of neutralization between a HCl solution water steam table and solid NaOH. Each of these measures represented a heat Q, which we obtimos theoretical and experimental results, and thus calculate the error rate was quite high, as it should be less than 10%.
