When the oil is hot put the tofu cubes and fry until lightly golden. Tofu swells a little and very nice. Transfer to paper towel to absorb excess oil. Submission dish: pour the soup into bowls, slide warmer put in over 6-7 cubes of fried tofu, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds and serve. You can decorate with grated radish. (I gave up). If you use coconut cream (20-22% fat), which is thicker and richer, certification can forgo using cornstarch. I prefer to use coconut water and thus save considerably calories.
